Liquid cooling requires facility-wide CDU installations, water treatment systems, and ongoing capacity planning. Air cooling tops out at 41kW. CoreFlux was founded by a business operator with deep expertise in Theory of Constraints and a PhD thermodynamics engineer. The combination of commercial discipline and technical depth is at the core of how we build.

Fakhriddin Rakhimov, PhD
Co-Founder & Head of R&D
PhD researcher in material science, thermodynamics, and advanced energy systems. Leads all R&D and engineering on the ACS architecture, including vortex tube thermodynamics, ORC integration, and system simulation. Heads the CoreFlux engineering team.
Engineering Team
CoreFlux has assembled a multidisciplinary engineering team covering mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, and thermodynamics - the four domains required to bring the ACS architecture from simulation to physical proof of concept.
